We are thrilled to handcraft exceptional moissanite and fine-plated jewelry just for you. Because our intricate pieces are manufactured in our overseas facilities and shipped directly to your door in the United States, we have designed our shipping process to be as transparent and hassle-free as possible.

1. Processing and Production Times

Quality takes time. Before your package enters the domestic transit phase, it must undergo crafting, quality assurance, and our complimentary customs clearance process. We call this our “Processing Time.”

  • In-Stock Items: Processed, inspected, and cleared through initial customs within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for our artisans to craft, set the moissanite stones, plate the silver, and complete the initial customs clearance.

    Note: During this processing window, you may not receive shipping updates. Please be patient while we handle the logistics behind the scenes. Once your jewelry clears customs and is handed to our U.S. domestic carriers, you will receive your active tracking number.

2. No Surprise Customs Fees! (We Handle It)

Due to U.S. import regulations, packages arriving from our overseas factory must go through customs. But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

  • We Pay The Tariffs: To ensure a smooth and stress-free delivery, we handle all customs clearance and pay any applicable import duties on your behalf before the jewelry even reaches your door.

  • You will NEVER receive a surprise bill from U.S. Customs. The price you pay at checkout is the final price!

3. Estimated Shipping Times (U.S. Market)

We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe final-mile delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 9 business days (after processing is complete).

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (after processing is complete).

    Transit times exclude weekends and federal holidays. Unforeseen delays caused by severe weather or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) inspections are beyond our control.

4. Delivery Security and P.O. Boxes

To protect your highly valuable jewelry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical residential or business address is strictly required. For enhanced security, orders exceeding $300 may require an adult signature upon delivery. Yuefjewelry is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier tracking indicates a successful delivery status (“Delivered”).
