Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely mesmerized by your new Yuefjewelry piece! But if it isn’t the perfect fit or vibe, don’t worry—we’ve got your back. We offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy.

1. The 30-Day Return Window
You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date your tracking number shows “Delivered” to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and initiate a return. Items sent back to us without prior approval and a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
2. Strict Conditions for a Valid Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your returned jewelry must meet the following strict conditions:
Unworn and Pristine: The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition. Any jewelry showing signs of wear, scratches, scuffs, or alterations (e.g., resizing or repair by a third-party jeweler) will not be accepted.
Original Tags Intact: The original security tag MUST remain unbroken and attached to the jewelry.
Complete Packaging: The item must be returned in its original Yuefjewelry box, along with all pouches, free gifts, and accompanying documentation.
3. The GRA Certificate Requirement & Missing Document Fee
If your moissanite jewelry was delivered with a Global Gemological Research Association (GRA) certificate and/or warranty card, this original paperwork must be returned alongside the item.
Penalty Clause: Moissanite merchandise returned without the original, undamaged GRA certificate is subject to a mandatory $35.00 USD replacement fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Custom Order CAD Design Fees For bespoke custom jewelry, we require a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) fee before our designers create your 3D renderings. If you love the design and decide to proceed with crafting the jewelry, this CAD fee will be fully deducted from your final balance. However, if you decide not to move forward after the CAD has been provided, please note that this design fee is strictly non-refundable as it covers our designers’ labor and time.
5. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of these products, the following items are strictly exempt from our return and exchange policy (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
Custom-designed jewelry, bespoke pieces, or items explicitly modified to your specifications.
Jewelry featuring personalized engravings.
Earrings (for strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons).
Any items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
6. Return Shipping Costs and Refunds
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend shipping your return via a trackable, insured courier service, as Yuefjewelry is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return (please allow up to 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
