Terms for using and shopping YueF Jewelry
These terms explain the agreement between a customer and YueF Jewelry when using yuefjewelry.com, ordering jewelry, or requesting custom design services.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing yuefjewelry.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using a YueF Jewelry service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
You must be legally able to enter a binding purchase agreement in your location. If you use the site for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to act for them.
2. Jewelry information, materials, and appearance
YueF Jewelry works to present product descriptions, dimensions, metal information, stone information, photographs, videos, and colors accurately. Screens, lighting, hand finishing, stone cutting, plating batches, and measurement methods can create reasonable visual or dimensional variation.
- Moissanite and diamond are different gemstones. Product pages identify the offered stone.
- “925 sterling silver” describes an alloy containing 92.5% silver; plated finishes are surface layers over the stated base metal.
- Plating can fade with time, moisture, chemicals, sweat, friction, and wear. Normal plating wear is not a manufacturing defect.
- Carat or millimeter references, when used for moissanite, may describe stone weight or diamond-equivalent appearance as stated on the product page.
If a specification matters to your purchase, ask before ordering and retain the written reply.
3. Orders, prices, payments, and cancellation
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated email confirms receipt but does not prevent YueF Jewelry from declining or cancelling an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock error, pricing error, legal restriction, or inability to complete a requested customization. If YueF cancels after collecting payment, the collected amount for the cancelled item will be returned to the original payment method.
Prices and availability can change before checkout. Applicable discounts must be valid when the order is placed. Payment is handled by the available third-party payment provider selected at checkout. Do not send full card numbers through email, chat, or the contact form.
Contact customer care promptly to request a cancellation or address correction. Production or fulfillment may begin quickly, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed after work starts or a parcel is handed to a carrier.
4. Made-to-order and custom jewelry
Custom production follows the specifications, measurements, references, CAD renderings, and revisions approved by the customer. Renderings illustrate design and proportion but may not reproduce every reflection, texture, or hand-finished detail of the physical piece.
- The customer is responsible for confirming spelling, engraving, ring size, chain length, metal color, stone shape, and other approved details.
- A CAD or design fee pays for design labor. When stated in the quotation, it may be credited toward production after approval.
- If the customer stops after CAD work is delivered, the design fee is non-refundable.
- Custom, engraved, bespoke, and customer-modified pieces are final sale unless delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed specifications.
5. Shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges
Processing and delivery estimates appear in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Carrier, customs, weather, address, and public-holiday events can affect timing. Title and risk rules are applied as required by applicable consumer law and the selected payment or delivery method.
Return eligibility, RMA approval, non-returnable items, certificate requirements, shipping responsibility, inspection, and refunds are governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
6. Accounts, acceptable use, and intellectual property
Keep account credentials confidential and provide current, accurate order and contact information. You may use the website for personal shopping and legitimate business inquiries. You may not interfere with security, scrape protected data, upload malicious code, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or use website content to mislead others.
YueF names, logos, product photography, page designs, copy, graphics, videos, CAD presentations, and other original materials are owned by YueF Jewelry or used with permission. No right is granted except the limited access needed to use the site. Product reviews or other content you submit must be truthful and lawful; you grant YueF a non-exclusive right to display that submitted content for store and service purposes.
7. Care, limited warranty, and third-party work
The YueF Jewelry Care Guide explains routine cleaning and handling. The existing limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects for one year from purchase, subject to case review and proof of purchase.
Normal wear, plating fading, tarnish, scratches, broken chains from pulling, stone loss after impact, incorrect care, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized resizing, and repair or alteration by another jeweler are not manufacturing defects. A third-party jeweler’s work can prevent YueF from assessing the original condition.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, and YueF Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from site interruption, misuse, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, YueF Jewelry’s aggregate liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. This limit does not apply where prohibited by consumer law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are interpreted under laws applicable to the transaction and YueF Jewelry’s operations, while preserving mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s location. Before starting a formal dispute, contact customer care and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Changes and contact
YueF Jewelry may update these terms to reflect services, technology, laws, or store operations. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact Us page or to [email protected]. Include the order number for a purchase-related question, but never include a full payment-card number.
