YueF Jewelry pieces are prepared and inspected in our Panyu, Guangzhou workshop network, then delivered to U.S. customers through tracked carrier services.

Processing before shipment

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Processing includes order review, preparation or production, stone setting where applicable, quality inspection, packing, and export logistics.

  • In-stock jewelry: normally 3 to 5 business days before carrier transit begins.
  • Made-to-order and custom jewelry: normally 10 to 15 business days before carrier transit begins.
Why tracking can look quiet: you may not receive carrier scans while a piece is still being crafted or moving through pre-shipment logistics. Tracking becomes useful after carrier handoff.

Estimated U.S. delivery times

Transit estimates begin after processing is complete. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Final-mile carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another tracked delivery partner selected for the destination.

Customs and import duties

For orders delivered in the United States, YueF Jewelry states that it manages applicable import duties and customs clearance before final delivery. Customers should not receive a separate customs bill for a covered order.

Government inspections can still extend the journey. A customs delay changes timing, not the authenticity or status of your order.

Address and delivery security

  • A physical residential or business address is required.
  • P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
  • Orders over $300 may require an adult signature at delivery.
  • Review apartment, unit, and postal-code details before placing the order.

When carrier tracking records a package as delivered, first check household members, building reception, secure parcel areas, and the carrier’s delivery photo or notice. Report an unresolved issue promptly to both the carrier and YueF customer care.

Weather, inspections, and tracking delays

Severe weather, carrier congestion, address corrections, public holidays, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection inspections can extend an estimate. These events are outside YueF Jewelry’s direct control, but customer care can help review the available tracking record.
